Ann Marie Hourigan | Quality Standards Executive Leader | Whole Foods | OTA Board Member 

Ann Marie Hourigan is a Quality Standards Principal Advisor for Sourcing Standards at Whole Foods Market. She has worked in the organic and natural foods industry since 2003 in a variety of roles. Prior to working at Whole Foods Market, Ann Marie was the Director of Organic Integrity and Compliance Programs at Earthbound Farm, a dedicated organic producer and handler of packaged salads and other produce. In previous roles Ann Marie has been an organic inspector and technical reviewer for Quality Assurance International (QAI), member of the California Organic Products Advisory Committee (COPAC), and California Certified Organic Farmers (CCOF) chapter leader. 

 

 

 

 

Hobbs Wolcott | President | Tradin Organic USA 

Hobbs Wolcott is the President of Tradin Organic USA. Hobbs was tapped by the leadership at Tradin Organic to lead United States operations as President after 23 years with the company and successful executive leadership roles as Global Business Director, Fruit & Veg and Vice President, Sales / Procurement.  

Hobbs' extensive experience across various departments throughout her 23 years has equipped her with a deep understanding of the organic market's complexities. She has a keen insight into the needs of organic consumers and cultivates strong relationships with suppliers and customers alike. Hobbs is committed to ensuring quality, reliability, and sustainability in Tradin Organic's products and operations. Her dedication and leadership have played a pivotal role in turning the company around, making it more efficient, customer-centric, and poised for growth. 

 

 

 

Aaron Iverson | National Sales Manager | Global Organics  

Aaron Iverson is Global Organics’ National Sales Manager for the North American market and has been part of their team for 11 years.  His experience with chocolate & cocoa is focused both in supporting technical & development projects and providing market & sustainability analysis.  Before joining Global Organics, he spent over a decade in the conventional chocolate industry with Barry Callebaut in various commercial roles.  Aaron’s career in the food industry began with Cargill working in sweeteners following four years of service as an officer in US Army.  He is a 1992 graduate of Drake University in Des Moines, IA.   

 

 

 

Felipe Guerrero | Executive Vice President | Daabon 

Felipe Guerrero has over a decade of work experience, holding various roles and responsibilities within the Daabon Group, where he now serves as the Executive Vice President. Felipe started his career in 2010 at DAABON, where he served as the Corporate Sustainability Director for over 11 years until May 2021. Additionally, Felipe held the position of Business Development at DAABON from January 2015 to June 2016. Felipe also worked as an Advisor at Avicanna Inc. from July 2019 to December 2019. Alongside his corporate roles, Felipe served as an Adjunct Professor at Universidad Sergio Arboleda from January 2011 to January 2015. Moreover, he worked at the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) as the Alternate Member for Latin America (ROW) from January 2013 to November 2014. Overall, Felipe Guerrero has extensive experience in corporate sustainability, business development, and academia. 

  Felipe Guerrero obtained his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Environmental Engineering from Universidad El Bosque, where he studied from 1999 to 2005. Felipe later pursued further education and completed a Master of Science degree in Environmental Engineering at Florida International University from 2008 to 2010. Most recently, Felipe completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business at Universidad de Los Andes, spanning from 2017 to 2019.
