Organic Trade Association is present each year at the world’s most promising, high-value international trade shows, promoting U.S. organic products and fostering global trade. Our large, attractive exhibit includes select U.S. organic producers’ brands and sales materials. Several U.S. producers have displays at the booth, and leaders and sales executives are on-site to present to global buyers.
In addition, U.S. producers presenting at these key trade shows can request booth placement near OTA from trade show organizers – ensuring maximum trade show traffic from relevant global buyers. OTA also works with U.S. exhibitors’ marketing and booth development teams on strategies and tips for increased trade show exposure.
Contact us if you have questions about how COVID-19 is affecting these international activities.
COVID-19 DISCLAIMER: This event is planned as an in-person trade show, however due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic the status of the event could change at any time. If the in-person event is canceled, your registration fee will be refunded. To confirm your participation, you must sign a waiver acknowledging the risk of travel. There may be COVID-19 testing requirements before your departure and upon our return to the U.S. OTA will help coordinate these tests as appropriate, but it will be your responsibility to take these tests and bring proof of your test with you as you travel. Proof of vaccination may be required for travel. You will be expected to follow all local and international COVID-travel and event guidelines, including wearing a mask, social distancing, etc.
MAP/ATP DISCLAIMER: For all USDA MAP/ATP programs, all of the products you promote must be USDA certified organic, produced in the USA, and made of 51% or more of U.S. based ingredients either by value (cost of the ingredients) or volume (against overall weight of the product). This is the federal USDA regulation for participation and part of declaration you agree to when signing up for Organic Trade Association activities. All exhibitors must complete OTA’s onsite evaluation and a 6 month follow-up evaluation. You are expected to have one member of your company present at your booth for the duration of the show.
