MEMBER MEETINGS + WORKSHOP (Member Exclusive*)

Tuesday (afternoon), May 22 | 1:00pm - 5:45pm

The Organic Trade Association’s member meetings and workshop begin once the Organic Confluences Summit wraps up on the afternoon of Tuesday, May 22, at our headquarters in The Hall of the States. Members of the Organic Trade Association will join us for priority updates on Organic Livestock and Poultry Practices Litigation, and a discussion of what’s next for the Organic Check-Off. New this year will be an exclusive members’ only activity that you won’t want to miss. A robust, practical exercise for members, facilitated by David Lively, OTA Board Member and Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Organically Grown Company, and Lynn Coody of Organic Agsystems Consulting, will center on protecting the integrity of organic when government fails to act to safeguard critical national organic standards. Participants will work collaboratively to pursue industry solutions to drive action in a governance world paralyzed by inaction. Evolution comes through purposeful deliberation and a “middle path” approach. As a member of the Organic Trade Association, take a seat at the table to work toward a solution and move the policy needle on organic.

If you aren't yet a member but want to have a seat at the table, click here for more information, or contact Hannah Mills to become a member today!
