GREENFIELD, Mass. (Dec. 17, 2001)— The Organic Trade Association (OTA) has announced it will relocate its headquarters from 74 Fairview Street to 60 Wells Street in Greenfield, MA, at the end of December.
"OTA is moving into a building in Greenfield that will accommodate existing staff and still have room to meet future growth," according to Katherine DiMatteo, OTA’s executive director, adding that the move was prompted by the sale of the building OTA has been renting and by recent additions to staff.
Because OTA will remain in Greenfield, the move should not cause any substantial changes in ways to contact the trade association. OTA will keep the same post office box in Greenfield (P.O. Box 547, Greenfield, MA 01302), and its phone (413-774-7511) and fax (413-774-6432) numbers will remain the same.
What will change is OTA’s shipping address and actual physical location. The new address will be 60 Wells Street, Greenfield, MA 01301. OTA’s headquarters will be on the second floor of the downtown building.
As a result of the move, OTA’s office will be closed Monday, Dec. 31, through Wednesday, Jan. 2. The new office will be open for business on Thursday, Jan. 3.
